Does OKIOCAM Have Scanning And/or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Capabilities?

OKIOCAM is a document camera designed to be used to take high- resolution images of documents and books. As such, it does not have scanning, nor OCR capabilities. However, you can use OKIOCAM to capture your handwriting in a video, or in an image.
