Configuring Windows privacy settings

1. On the Windows desktop, in the search box in the bottom left-hand corner, type “settings”.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Privacy.

4. Click on Camera and make sure that Allow apps to access your camera is set to On.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the window and make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your camera is also set to On.

6. Select Microphone and ensure that both Allow apps to access your microphone and Allow desktop apps to access your microphone are set to On.
